They arrived at the Cohen’s nice home. It was modern but homey. Clean but cluttered. It looked lived in. Not in the way people used as a synonym to dumpy, but lived in as in warm and inviting. They had nice things but not nice enough to give Jaymi the feeling like she couldn’t touch them, unlike the feeling Rory got when she had gone to her house.

She met Seth, but only briefly. Jaymi found him incredibly handsome but aloof. From her view inside the doorway, she could see what Curtis saw in him. Even with him sitting cross-legged on the floor in front of a huge T.V., he looked way more masculine than she had pictured, which proved to her just how narrow minded she was.
