Dear Lily,
I had a hard time remembering where I left off today, but figured it out, thank the good Lord. I'm not too far gone yet.
After I was done trying to hide my awful looking face, I put all of Rose's makeup away, opened the door and felt the swoosh of air chill the front of my shirt. I looked down to see that I had thoroughly soaked my blouse and my shorts were horribly wrinkled from napping in them.
“One more minute,” I yelled down the hall to Jimmy and ran to my room to change before I could hear his response because I knew Jimmy would wait for me.
