One look around the classroom told Jason he wasn't the only one struggling to stay awake. His mind wandered even after having some coffee, often drifting back to advice Randall had given him. It was much more useful than anything he'd gotten out of the classes so far. Randall and other attorneys usually had the same complaints about the boring courses. At other times, he thought about the faculty department party he had recently attended with Stephen. Despite the flight delay, he'd arrived in plenty of time not only for his classes but also for the party.
