He finishes mixing the bevs, and I take a couple and bring them over to Larissa and Elise. Reid joins us, and I reintroduce everybody, even though they have all mostly already met. We feed Reid, then the two of us get refills.

Our crew has multiplied. Some people Spencer invited arrived, and music is booming. As the sun goes down we're drinking and dancing, and someone builds a fire.

When Reid goes to get us more drinks, Larissa comes over. "So, things are going well?"

"Yeah, I think so."

"You know, I want to mention something." She leans towards me conspiratorially. "I sent that pick of Hannah and the guy that we found on her phone to a friend who's running highly technical facial recognition software on it."

"Oh, real...
