like they’d been painted those colors.  On the sides, the rocks seemed to form steps you could climb up to go stand and look out from the top.  As he walked further, the mountains looked larger and higher.  Jamie saw multiple shades of orange and white the closer he got.  There were holes in the rock and geological forms in it that were unusual shapes.  It appeared like platforms that got stuck together, without shade, just open air, with mountains on the sides.  A very dusty trail wound all through that, with more bushes, small trees, and wildflowers alongside.  The mountains came out like rock cathedral walls, with lines that made tall rock etchings in columns like waterfalls.  Jamie took a bunch of pictures.
