I don’t know if this happens for other women, but pregnancy has caused me to be really reflective. Maybe it’s not about the pregnancy at all. Maybe it’s about the fact that the past year and a half of my life has been the most tumultuous time of my life, the biggest opportunity for growth that I’ve ever been presented. 

Whatever the cause, I’ve spent the past couple of months doing a lot of looking back. Not in the morose way.
