Vladimir walked into the large room just as the meeting was about to commence. He had circled the building four times trying to find the correct entrance before he eventually saw a small group of men push aside some construction supplies and make their way in through a hidden walkway. Metal folding chairs were arranged neatly in rows, nearly filling the enormous space. A makeshift stage had been erected at the far end of the room with a lectern placed near the front-center. He saw that little if any construction had been completed, and he wondered if it had all been a ruse to create a cover for clandestine convention such as this.

Unsure of where to sit, he began to walk towards the front of the room where the stage was located, following the small unit of men that had preceded him...
