The spirit ran down the hall, and a heavy steel door opened and he gestured in there. She jumped through the door and it closed behind her. She heard muffled blasts and then Stardust yelling at someone. Jamie looked around to see locked storage units in the room.

"We've got a few seconds before he stops arguing with the A.I. and tries to just manually hack the system."

"Where are we?"

"The armory." One of the metal cabinets unlocked and began to disgorge something large and golden.

"What? Am I supposed to use the Wave Motion Gun against him or something? I don't want to shoot Stardust!"

"No, this is just the easiest and most replaceable way for you to get out of here."
