Monday morning, Jamie and Parker walked through the school's halls together. Parker kept slipping her hand into Jamie's, but Jamie kept pushing Parker away while people glanced furtively at them.

Finally Parker asked, "Is there some new secret you think people will learn if they see us holding hands?"

Jamie shook her head. "I'm just not a fan of PDA. It's nobody's business what I'm doing."
