Jamie hadn't thought there could be a shabby part of Morriston. The only parts she usually went to were the malls, or occasionally someone's house in the sprawling suburbs. But the eastern stretch that Parker had driven them to was full of run-down houses with an overabundance of nautical-themed art. Even the spirits looked tired and faded, listless in the pale autumn sun.

The address her dad had given her brought them to an old three story office building. Some of the windows on the upper stories were boarded up. Only two of the five store fronts on the ground floor were occupied, and the largest was dominated by Bogg's Costume and Party Supply.
