Natasha asks: Where did you get the printed book copies from (how do you do that) and did you use Amazon/Kindle direct publishing?

Yes, I use KDP to publish my paperbacks and ebooks. I highly suggest getting "proof copies" of your book before publishing your book or making it available as a print/paperback copy.

This is to ensure your book comes out as how you like it and there aren't any quality issues (which is funny because even after you fix the potential quality issues or KDP checks the quality issues they [errors or quality issues] still slip in printing thus ordering proof copies is always recommended before hitting publish.
