Natasha asks: How did you design a cover page? How much should/would it cost? And how do you get let’s say an actual painting that someone painted for you, and make that into a book cover? 

When you mean cover page do you mean the actual book cover when you have the book as a paperback/print? Or do you mean the inside cover page? 

If you mean the book cover, for one of my books (Undeniable Desire) I had my friend design the cover. She isn't a professional artist or cover designer though and I'm not sure if she is open for commission, I'll have to ask her. Other than that, I primarily design all my covers myself and through a free online designer (it's pretty much an easier version of photoshop and it should have templates to inspire...
