Anon asks: What are gratitude journals and how do I write/make them?

Gratitude journals are essentially journals that you write things you are grateful for. It’s simple really, all you have to do is grab a notebook (you can also use the notes feature of your phone or computer) and write about things you are grateful for on any given day. There’s no right or wrong way in journaling about things you are grateful for, just make sure you make it a habit to write about things you are grateful for every day!
