Even though we had broken up our little group and had scattered throughout the Phoenix area, we still kept in touch and visited each other often when time allowed. But, it was never the same. We were rarely able to all get together, and after many of the things Nev had done, his presence was not always as warmly welcomed. While mine was still actively encouraged, causing tensions between us.
   Richard and Lisa had broken up, but Nev and I had continued our friendship with her. Often inviting her over for dinner, or spending time with her family and daughter on the weekends. She was a frequent visitor to our home, randomly stopping by whenever she had some free time. Sometimes spending the night if we stayed up late watching a movie.
