sweep towards the dining area, giving each of us a wicked grin, in turn, saying, "What the fuck, let's eat." To which we agreed, what the fuck.
   The hostess gave us an odd look, but seated us in an out of the way table, brought us bread sticks, menus and left without a word. While looking over the menu the guys reassured us that dinner was on them. They had invited us to dinner, and it was their treat. That relieved me greatly. Cindy had very little money and I was the one financing this trip from all the money I had been saving. I still had most of it, but since I had no idea how long it would be before I could find a job, I was trying to be careful with every cent.
