   After first protesting he was tired, he put is hands up in defeat at our insistence on him joining our fun and began to get dressed. Grumbling to himself as he pulled on clothes, and glaring at us on occasion, he was soon presentable enough for kidnapping. As soon as he was ready, we headed back downstairs and told his dad that we were stealing him for the night and would return him in the morning. After-Prom went until 6 a.m. if you could stay awake that long. With his dad's benign permission, we left the house, with Willy reluctantly in tow. Quietly resigned to his fate, knowing no help would be forthcoming from his dad, he docilely followed us to the car.
   Everything was going well until we came to the T-intersection right before the bridge....
