At the beginning of my sophomore year, while hanging out in the courtyard before class, I met a boy. He was leaning against a picnic table, dressed in Army fatigues, and he looked good. I didn't know then how much this boy would influence the rest of my life and the choices I would make. All I knew then was he was good to look at, and I wanted to get to know him better.
I walked up and sat on the table next to him, “Hi,” I said, as I looked up and smiled at him, “my name's Lisa.”
