Hanging out at my house one evening with my friends Cindy and Ginny, we became bored. Nothing was really going on. My sister that I watched a great deal was staying the night at a friend's, so I was technically free to do whatever I wanted. Not wanting to spend any more time at my house, we gathered up a few things and headed out the door to walk to Ginny's house across town. From my house to hers was about an hour's walk, but the evening was pleasant, and the walk not horrible. While we knew that it would be dark before we reached her house, we had no reason to feel that this was a problem.
