In movies, you know which kid is the ‘fresh’ one, because he’s usually porting a black eye. In older movies the woman slugs the man in the face, giving him a black eye, and they fall in love while she’s leaning over him, tending to it.

Black eyes on guys, therefore, are ‘cool’.  When a girl gets one, it’s usually a sign that something happened to her nose – whether intentional or not

The bottle of my hair conditioner is shaped almost like an ‘8’ with a thinner ‘waist’ in the middle of it. That’s convenient for the model who has to hold the bottle in the commercial, but not for the poor schmuck in the shower trying to get enough out to do her hair – especially when said sexy bottle is almost empty.
