When people read this book, people who know me, they ask where I came up with the idea. That is a story in itself and included in this book. Read Chapter 4—Luto Via again. Other than a few details that have been changed for cinematic enhancement, that chapter is a true story.

In addition, Karen, Lisa, and Craig are real people, although their last names have been changed as well as the circumstances surrounding their living environment. I thought, “What if those really were werewolves chasing us, and my girlfriend, Karen, was a werewolf, and her friends, Lisa and Craig, were werewolves, and . . . .”
