Aaron Darveau, April 30 to May 15, 1983

Aaron had quite a bit of leave, military vacation, saved up, and he was due to get out of the Navy in a month and half anyway, so his division officer granted him two weeks on the spot when the request came across his desk. Aaron and Karen spent the time out at Craig’s estate getting acclimated to their new situation, and Karen seemed to be giving him all the time he needed to come to terms with his new condition.

On the weekends, Craig and Lisa hosted parties to introduce Aaron to the grexes in the local family. Everyone sat around eating, drinking, swimming, and visiting...
