Alexander reclined on the beach while he recovered with his weight behind him on his hands. He enjoyed the feeling of the wet sand as he squeezed his fingers through it when a moment of panic hit him. Should he be somewhere else? He grabbed his tunic and leapt to his feet. He pulled it over his head as he rushed over on weak legs to where Straton was. 

“I’m sorry, I was so exhausted from the swim I forgot I was probably supposed to be doing something,” Alexander gasped.

“Relax, it’s fine. I’ll come for you when you’re needed,” Straton chuckled.
