"I'm going on break," Honey muttered to the other cashier, and before being questioned she dashed away from the counter behind the couple before they were lost in the crowd.

Aunt Iris had prophesied after this encounter last week.  Honey had made her way over to Aunt Iris' trailer park for a reading and Aunt Iris told her that she would meet a stranger who would show her kindness.  This man would become her husband.  Honey had not prepared herself for the encounter, but had learned long ago to recognize Iris' hand in her daily life.
