Okay, so this is kinda freaky. As both Blake and Karla continued to stare at me, Blake said,

"That's enough..."

Cassie laughed quietly, as the others continued to work in the small grotto of trailer homes. She said, her tone low enough so that only we could hear her,

"Come on. Didn't you tell her about us?"

I know I should be ticked off, but I figured that there was something between the two of them. Blake, becoming defensive, answered,

“We had nothing."

Cassie laughed again, this time in a more sinister fashion. She said, mockingly,
