The Fallen Vampire

We stayed there for awhile, and I wondered what the defect could be. Blake didn't explain it one bit, but I feel like it was something that had to do with the creation of him. Blake may have been a normal kid at one point, happy, lively, even. Now, he seems constantly depressed. The only time I've seen him happy was when he had drank that man's blood. Otherwise, Blake seems complacent constantly, as if life was merely a sentence to him. I wish I could change that about him, as impossible as that may be. I want to teach him how to feel good, to feel joy. I may be depressive myself but I know that I can save him, or at least try. I can't let him continue to rot. I just can't.
