The Matriarch

Master looked right at us and smirked. He said,

“What are you waiting for? Get to work.”

Before any of us could ask anything, Blake pulled us off to the side. As he led us to his car, one of the larger masked men under master’s employ said,

“Happy hunting!”

As Karla climbed into the back of Blake's car, I wondered what is really going on. This doesn't seem to be at all like a typical gang. It's weird. I sat next to Blake, and we left the trailer park, my heartbeat picking up as I felt anxiety set in. When we had drawn what I felt like was a safe distance away from master's hidden lair, I asked,
