I'm glad I'm back in school. The further I am away from home, the better off I am. When my parents argue like that...I don't know. They weren't always this way. I always feel like it’s my fault. After my trip to the ER, they were left with a huge bill they couldn't pay. My mom, though, has never stopped loving me, despite it all. My dad, on the other hand? I don't know if he even cares. It's the hardest thing for me. I feel like I'm always in the middle. When I'm around them, they always try to drag me into their arguments. Although they don't hit me, they always make me cry.
