The owner has unlimited liability, and the investors have zero liability.

 

In the coming posts, I will describe the other nine types of alternatives to corporations. I am not under the illusion that any government entity or political party would back such an effort. However, I want to see some corporations who intentionally break the law go to corporate jail (dissolved and taken over by a special magistrate).
