All weapons utilized or developed by the armed forces under the authority of the President of the United States or the Governor of a State or sworn law enforcement are strictly prohibited from being possessed by a private citizen. 

 

Weapons of mass destruction, explosives, or any armament designed to kill humans on a battlefield are prohibited from being sold or transferred to any other entity.

 

Any pistol, rifle, or shotgun with a magazine capacity of six projectiles or less is legal to possess. It must be registered with local law enforcement and engraved with unique identification. Law enforcement may prohibit any individual they deem unfit to own a legal weapon.
