All weapons utilized or developed by the armed forces under the authority of the President of the United States or the Governor of a State or sworn law enforcement are strictly prohibited from being possessed by a private citizen. 

Weapons of mass destruction, explosives, or any armament designed to kill humans on a battlefield are prohibited from being sold or transferred to any other entity.

Any pistol, rifle, or shotgun with a magazine capacity of six projectiles or less is legal to possess. It must be registered with local law enforcement and engraved with unique identification.
