Vaccine Hesitancy is a real problem that needs fixing.
People don't trust Big Pharma. I get there is a trust issue with them - recalls and lawsuits are routine. People also do not trust the government- which is probably well-founded - given historical precedence. 
People don't trust the mainstream media because a past president classified them as "fake news." Tabloids and shock radio muddy the waters of trusted journalism. Instead, people read social media posts where anyone can offer an unfounded opinion or skewed facts. It is no wonder why people are hesitant. It seems everyone has developed their personal philosophy, and no one can get everyone on the same page. A philosopher needs to help. What can he do?
