December 5th

I am exhausted.

Hannah went to bed straight after dinner, which was takeaway thanks to my lovely Dad, and Jamie is watching a sci-fi movie downstairs with Cal. I bet if I leave them there for another halfhour they’ll be asleep.

What has us all so tired?

The Christmas Farmers’ Market was insane. The place was mobbed with new customers. Marion brought Kenny and Jamie didn’t die of embarrassment. In fact I spotted him selling a dog bed to his English teacher.

Luckily his sexy science teacher didn’t turn up or I would have thrown a bucket of cold water over Cal.

Anna ran on double espressos from her coffee stall. She flew around the place, talking...
