Chop up all the limbs.

It’s time to winterize the boat,

Cover up the picnic table,

Give away his album stock,

his name on every label.

Change the titles and the deeds,

Call the investment funds,

Pay the mound of doctor bills,

Donate his collection of guns.

Sell the jet skis and his car,

Box up his shoes and clothes,

Cancel next month’s chemotherapy,
