LAST TIME IN FRIDAY THE FURTEENTH

The beaver was reeling. She’d bitten Bill Holloway and scrambled away after he’d kicked her in the chest. She headed into Abigail Clark’s house. Seeking refuge in the basement, she was attacked by Abigail’s cat, Milo. The noise called Abigail’s attention over to them, and the beaver chased her up the stairs, down the hall, and cornered Abigail in the bedroom. Only a thin wooden door keeps her from her prey.
