Chapter Ten

        Would I have given him the same advice if I were talking to him now? I don't know. It's so hard to look back on an incident and say "if only" or "I would have done it differently." We just never know.
        I didn't know.
        I should have realized. I know I can beat myself up about it all I want now, but it won't change the past.
