Be careful not to choke on your Dark Side Pesto

If you decide to make this pesto, this will be a day long remembered.
2 cups of Purple Basil leaves (the darker the leaves the darker the pesto. You underestimate the power of the dark side)
1/2 cup Cashews
4 tbsp lemon juice (squeeze the juice out of a real lemon, no one's looking)
3 or 4 cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp of sea salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
Ginger Beer
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil (add more if you need to, but careful)
1/4 cup grated parmesan
Blend everything except the ginger beer. Serve the pesto on your favorite pasta, sandwhich, veggie dip, and use as a general sauce quick, because...
