he enjoyed the fresh air and he often drew inspiration from the neighborhood.  In the city it wasn’t hard to find something interesting going on that he could transfer to paper.  It wasn’t long before he was settled in, leaning against an air vent.  His pencil transferred his angst onto the paper.  As he drew, a rough sketch of the patrolman appeared dealing justice to Pedro and his thugs.  The cathartic act of drawing helped to calm his nerves and brought with it a sense of peace as he gave vent to his resentment.

                             The shattering of glass in the alley below caused him to pause.  The course voices of Pedro and his boys drifted up to him.  Gabriel waddled like a duc...
