At the end of the film, we are left with the question: What was the point of all that killing? We continually flash back to the High Table administration area – filled with women who all dress the same, and The Administrator (Robin Taylor Lord) – as they push names and dollar amounts back and forth across chalkboard, monitoring murder like a sports game. It never ends. Every time one person is eliminated, another pops up to take top place on the board. The only goal is the maintenance of the status quo.
