is instrumental in the story of Justice League – as she should be. She is busy living a life in which she helps prevent terrible crimes when she receives the warning from her mother on Themyscira. She fills Bruce Wayne in on the finer points of Steppenwolf’s history on Earth. She is a clear voice of dissent when Bruce wants to resurrect Superman. She talks about being reluctant to lead – either the group, or humanity – but when Batman begins to struggle in battle with Steppenwolf, Wonder Woman takes charge and directs The Flash, Cyborg, and Aquaman as necessary.
