– and faces no consequences, other than grappling with his own conscience. People ask him to stop, but he chooses not to – because he feels that his actions are right, and he sticks to his convictions.

Miss Meadows is no different – save for the fact that she is also a wife and mother, and has no arsenal of gadgets at her disposal. Rather, she has her tiny pistol, in her perfect purse, which hangs daintily from her wrist as she taps down the street. Miss Meadows isn’t going to change her style for anybody – and rightly so. If it works for male characters in movies, it should work just as well for her. That’s equality.
