Ingredients:
Fruits – apples, pears, plums, peaches
Vegetables – lentil, broccoli, sweet potatoes, peas, broccoli, cauliflower
Meats – chicken, pork
Instructions:
Prepare food for blending.
Fruits/vegetables – Wash (peeling is optional) and steam until soft. For dried items (such as lentils) you will want to wash and then soak for at least 10 minutes before boiling in water.
Meats - Cook thoroughly by steaming, pan frying or baking.
