2 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons milk
Peel bananas and wrap in wax paper (or put into sandwich bag) before placing into freezer for 1-2 hours or until ready for use.
When ready to make ice cream, take bananas out of freezer and slice into 1 inch discs.
Put banana slices into blender along with milk and puree until mixture is creamy and smooth. This will take several minutes of blending, stopping and scraping down sides of blender container.
