1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup skim milk powder
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 wheat bran
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped unsweetened dates
1/3 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
1/4 cup sesame seeds
