1 cup chocolate milk (dairy, soy or almond)
1/4 cup chia seeds
Mix chocolate milk (dairy, soy or almond) with chia seeds in a container.
Put container into the fridge overnight.
The next day you have a chocolate pudding that's not too sweet and packed with protein!
If the chia seeds seem a bit too crunchy for your toddler, you can use a food processor or blender to make it smoother.
