Lunch/Dinner - Steamed Salmon and Vegetables

Ingredients:
8 oz salmon
1/2 cup baby carrots
1/2 cup green beans
1/2 cup cooked rice
Instructions:
Place vegetables on bottom of a bowl, then salmon on top prior to putting into steamer basket in pot
Steam until fish flakes easily with fork and vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes. Serve with rice.
Notes:
This is a fairly plain dish. For some extra flavor, a bit of soy sauce can be added to the salmon.
