Instructions:

  1. Place vegetables on bottom of a bowl, then salmon on top prior to putting into steamer basket in pot

  2. Steam until fish flakes easily with fork and vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes. Serve with rice.

Notes:

This is a fairly plain dish. For some extra flavor, a bit of soy sauce can be added to the salmon.
