Lunch/Dinner - Chicken Squash Rice

Ingredients:
2 cups butternut squash, cubed
6 chicken drumsticks
olive oil
cooked rice
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cover baking sheet with foil. Put squash cubes onto sheet and toss with some olive oil. Place into oven and stir occasionally until squash is tender and slightly brown, about
25-30 minutes.
Place chicken drumsticks into a pot with a steamer basket and steam until juices run clear, about 20 minutes. Or you can bake the chicken with the squash.
Serve with rice.
