Ingredients:
6 large potatoes, cubed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 bunch of kale, chopped
salt
parsley
Instructions:
Boil the potatoes in water for 10 minutes.
Wait until potatoes and water cools down, around 10 more minutes.
Take half of the potatoes with half of the water and grind for 2 min until creamy texture occurs. You can use a blender for grinding.
