Lunch/Dinner - Veggie Loaded Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup carrots, shredded
1/2 cup zucchini, shredded
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup feta cheese
pinch of cumin
parsley or other fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil, lightly greased.
