Lunch/Dinner - Sweet corn and Carrot Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients:
1 cup sweet corn
1 cup shredded carrots
2 cups elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded cheese
14 oz can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon butter
pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:
Boil elbow macaroni in hot boiling water (add some salt to the water). Lower heat when water boils and when macaroni is soft, pour into pasta colander to drain water.
