Ingredients:
4 pork chops (boneless preferred)
1 onion, diced
14 oz can pineapple chunks
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Brown onions and pineapple chucks (keep juice from can on the side) in a frying pan with a bit of oil. Set aside.
Add pork chops to the pan and cook both sides of the meat thoroughly (about 5 minutes). Drain the fat out of the pan, keep pork chops in pan.
