Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1 cup milk
1/2 cup brown sugar or maple syrup
2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a round casserole dish.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl with a whisk or wooden spoon.
Pour into the greased casserole baking dish.
